555 sq ft original kitchen...and bathroom
I have met a member of the family of the guy who sometimes uses the one in the middle of the picture
on the right. Second floor corner. He said he has a boat up north in the islands and a place on an island
and comes down and stays at the place from time to time. Said it has been in the family for decades other
people in his family come to town and use the place. Guy above him, Tom lives there alone and has lived there alone for quite a while was there before I bought the place across the hall. Same with the guy below on the rear corner Bruce Hall has lived there since I owned the place has been on the board etc.
This is the one that I own...Ellen has been living there for the last year. I spent about six months up there after the oak floor was installed the bathroom redone the closet finished the shelves and murphy bed installed the fireplace removed...
