The other idiotic question was wrongly posed...Colorado is attempting to do what every state  is required to do by not allowing the clown who will not shut his trap to not appear on the ballot because he can not hold the position even if misinformed voters mistakenly vote for the ineligible clown.

The states which have allowed to or might allow the clown on the ballot are not executing their constitutional duty.

That duty is the same if the clown was born in China or attempted to overthrow the current govt before it started to sit down and was thwarted at all points of attempted entry.
