Real reality is this...

the rest of the world since the last world war

 {1911~1916}~~1934~1944{

has been 

convinced not to develop weapons and to 

get their weapons fix  from the US

now that deal in place since ~~1943 is off

the deal now on is the deal that any country who wants to make 

weapons can make and use weapons to defend their ability to 

make and use weapons and defend themselves from other countries who make and use weapons which in 1941 and 1942 seemed like not such a hot idea after a decade of hot discussion on the same hot topic...
