My Dear Senator,

As a pilot and an astronaut you know the power of hydrogen and the power of solar powered electrolysis to break water into its component parts which can be used separately to push big tin cans through the well known weight of the atmosphere and can be recombined under pressure to recreate electric current that can be used to power devices designed to use electric current the same way other devices are designed to use the current of water to move this that or the other thing. 

This is the plan I have been reading about for the NASA proposed moon station, to melt solid water into the salty fluid water solution that it can be only under atmospheric pressure/sea level conditions here on the pale blue dot and  to use solar panels which will be installed at the tops of the ice filled craters on the moon to generate silicon based solar power generated electric current and split the water into Hydrogen gas and Oxygen gas which will be recaptured and then re used as individual gasses with the hydrogen powering things that are designed to use Hydrogen for power with the Oxygen being used to keep Oxygen breathing humans alive and both will then be recombined under pressure to re produce electric current which can be used to power machines designed to use electric current efficiently. 

Toyota and other automobile manufacturers already produce and sell auto mobiles that use this exact process and you are told that the system is not viable because the Hydrogen gas capture and distribution system here

   on the surface of the pale blue dot is not yet developed to commercial profitability for a few select distributors. 

This is what the Pyramids were and what the pyramids were designed and used to do. 

The "casing stones" are manufactured silicon/quartz dielectric composites which some now call "water Glass". The near Nile dwellers learned over thousands of years of scientific experimentation how all of this works and knew how to decompose silicon/quartz composite natural stone into those components and how to re create tuned stone from the decomposed components. We came close to this during world war two when quartz was used to build radio transmitters by women working in war time factories.  The near Nile dwellers also knew exactly what each of the components were down to the molecular/atomic level and what each of the components were capable of doing individually and in controlled combination with each other to move other things. 

The Great Pyramids were surrounded by pools of abundantly available water from the Lake Victoria sourced, river contained, ocean feeding Nile and the interior of those machines were designed to use the current captured by the casing stones directed into the water filled structure they encased and to fracture that salty water into Hydrogen then captured in the so called "Kings" chamber and Oxygen captured in the so called "Queens" chamber where the gasses were extracted re contained and then used to do everything that these same fuels are going to be used for on the proposed Moon Station which, as far as I can read on the internet, is precisely what NASA is spending trillions of tax payer dollars designing for some multi quadrillion dollar project that will do something yet to be defined at some time in the distant future when the current oil centered skirmish being fought mostly within a mile of the only place in the universe where fluid water is found as readily as the salt water filled oceans we ignore as a source of unlimited power is ignored. And you are told that the system is not viable because the Hydrogen gas capture and distribution system here on the surface of the pale blue dot is not yet developed to commercial profitability for a few select distributors. 

As you are fully aware of at this particular moment in time, most of what 'some people didn't know' is knowledge that has either been intentionally taken apart and represented in different order to mask the actual underlying components or simply twisted into pretzel illogical propaganda to promote criminal activities or badly and completely misunderstood by the transmitter of the words and so converted from information in form at ion/s to nonsense that any human being with two eyes and a functioning internal water processing Hydrogen/Oxygen/Salt conversion mechanism (the tour de France bike riders come to mind here as the perfect example of that process in perfect fluid motion) is able to recognize from a distance and generally too busy worrying about the price of gasoline, taxes or something else to recombine into the sense that the universe produces regularly at music spaced harmonic intervals where 432,000 the radius of the sun divided by 1000 the speed we spin in (sin plus a P) generates A4 the central A note that all qualified professional musicians know is the number taken off the electromagnetic spectrum used to produce harmonic sound as the product of 27X16 surrounded by the other powers of the powers of two 2 4 8 16 32 64 128 256 crossed with the powers. of three 3 9 27 81 243. This is, was and always will be explained better than me in more detail by Plato who encapsulated the information in form at ION and in TIMAEUS and in the other dialogues he and his friends put together to to get you and your friends and the universal family up to speed on where we are. 

I fully realize this is not a peer reviewed thousand page paper with imaginary equations describing in convoluted ways the arithmetic of the circle and the universal relationships that geometry explains through universal immutable laws the side lengths of any and every triangle express without compromise but I have been looking into these ideas now for a number of  a number of years and am sure that the coincidences you can see with your own two eyes are not coincidences at all but only and only now the regress of knowledge that we are pretending to call progress. 

I leave this with you my friend as Plato left it with us while Socrates was sentenced to death for calling some in the government of his time out loud and repeatedly in public the clowns that they were while attempting to get the young and malleable minds of the youth of the day to see "the light" which was spelt ΙΗΣΟΥΣ for the energy that is contained in light and I leave it to you to share the idea with the sane people you know who have the ability to see through the fog of battle and take the action that brings positive and peaceful reaction generated results from the always on always in motion actions and reactions that we the people (particularly the tax paying ones of us) endeavor to produce during each of our limited life spans here on the pale blue water covered water contained dot. 

Burning the dead remains of things once given life to by the energy of the light of the sun and the electric current contained in moving water is not the answer war is not the answer spending a quadrillion and more tax payer generated dollars to put water based humans who can only survive in manufactured sea level based atmospheric conditions is not the answer. Dreaming about breathing the non existent air that is no where near Mars is not the answer to any question other than the one Plato had his friend Socrates go around town asking anyone and everyone willing to engage in a friendly dialogue. Until Einstein was given a pass on reading Plato in the original Greek, everyone and anyone who had aspired to a position of authority/power over other human beings had been required to read Plato and there was up to that point in the long long arc of time then a common understanding that all men in these positions had in common. 

Nothing useful begins with an explosion and the ion at the end of that word tells you all you need to know about autoprotolysis the breath like action that Hydrogen is observed to engage in as it interacts with all other Hydrogen based compounds (Oxygen being one of its favorites) which once upon a time the average high school sophomore would have been able to grok and engage in a dialogue with a friend or a stranger about. 

If this had not just come together in my mind this morning after watching you and your brother talk the other day on the dreaded television about the four billion dollar trip we the people just sent four of us on I suppose I would be doing something else right now. 

Something like what I am going to do next which is to re read Sophist and get a better grip on the discussion that Shakespeare also must have read back in the day before giving Hamlet the words To Be or not To Be that is the question which I am fairly sure is a discussion of magnetism (being) which causes the appearance of all things that are and appear to be and are not (electricity) and Electric current which has no appearance and is everywhere and obviously in everything at the atomic level while being some thing that you can not grab a hand full like some criminals grab hands full of this that and other slippery things in slippery ways to appear powerful while actually only being the clowns and law breaking non tax paying citizens they are.

Amen my friend (another badly misinterpreted old word with a real meaning.)
