Interesting talk and talk it is with no mention of any geometric or musical relationship to the talking which makes it more or less word salad which 

is nice and tasty and entertaining with all the hand waving but not so

 enlightening as in giving of light the energy that makes all life possible. 

Here's the thing my friends, the Greek language is alphanumeric and as one might conclude from listening to the pre Neoplatonic speaker, Plato, one might think that when speaking about reality or speaking about truth one might begin with the word for truth as reality as reality must be the truth.

So to begin at the beginning the logos of the Greek alphabet which Chomsky proved a number of decades ago is capable of producing an infinite salad of 'Green ideas sleeping furiously' one should know the roots of the language and they go like this.

noting the absence of 'the beast' the number 6 which is already a composite in multiple ways of the numbers that come before it. And noting that the Greek word for numbers is αριθμοι which when translated into the original meaning is

1 + 100 + 10 + 9 + 40 + 70 + 10 240 the compounded roots of all numbers.

Now the reality of the world is that it is circular and as it turns out if you are familiar with the idea of Hydrogen, when Hydrogen is not a positive and a negative charge which is what Hydrogen is at the atomic level, Hydrogen bonds with all sorts of other hydrogen compounds and here on the mostly circular earth, the most visible form of Hydrogen is Hydrogen bonded with the Hydrogen compound Oxygen forming

H2O also known as water which in its small and in its large forms forms itself into circles. Everything beyond the basic compound of Hydrogen depends on the triangle which is formed when two equal circles overlap equally and form the fish shaped arc which contains first the square root of 3 and second the two equilateral triangles called the rhombus which is essentially a square bent out of shape equally. 

There are a number of comments made here on or to 'reality' which is an interesting concept that has a few roots in the Greek mnemonics at the root of the roots from which all numbers are generated forming what are now called 'words' all of which have no meaning until two or more gather in one place and agree on the meaning of the ratio of letters to sounds to other 'words' and if one is familiar with the octave of octaves of music, one then is familiar with the logos of the electromagnetic spectrum which is nothing more complicated than: 

 the powers of 2 as in 4 8 16 32 64 128 256 512 1024 crossed with

 the powers of 3 as in 9 27 81 243 729 ...

and the numbers that form these values for sound which is only perceptible to the human ear through the medium of the water filled atmosphere in which we live goes something like this

C:  64 128 256 512 1024 2048

D:  72 144 288 576 1152 2304

E:   81 162 324 648 1296 2592

F:   91 182 364 729 1458 2916

G:  96 192  384 768 1536 3072

A: 108 216 432 864 1728 3456

Now the word 'truth' comes from the Greek word αληθεια which is a  mnemonic for the values 1 + 30 + 8 + 9 + 5  + 10 +1 = 64 which one will find beginning the list of numbers beginning the Octave of octaves a list of numbers which are all evenly divided by the number 2 and the name of the octave is C which is also given and taken as a mnemonic for the 'speed of light' if there is one....

 

And the words 'the truth' are a translation of the mnemonic Ηε αληθια a collection of numbers with the values 8+5+1+30+8+9+10+1 = 72 which one will find beginning the second line and the list of octaves of octaves  the values of  Δ which the Egyptians, who figured out these sorts of things a few thousand years before Homer, Pythagoras, Plato and Euclid took some time out of their busy schedules to

go to Egypt and learn a thing or two or three about this that and the other thing might have had a specific name for but this is all now lost in translation thanks to Harvard others of their ilk who treat the unveiling of the basics of arithmetic as something to be marveled at by adults rather than taught to children as the Egyptians undoubtedly did. 

And so my friends, if one is going to make sense of the reality of the world using words, one must begin at the beginning and begin to generate a sense of composite things where the virtue of the values is expressly understood through the value of the virtues which is more or less what the old Plato who put together the ideas that form the new Neoplatonism did in each of his dialogues using ideas such as

Αρετη which as you now are able to comprehend is a set of values that form a composite value and these are 1 + 100 + 5 + 300 + 8 = 414 which is the virtuous part of  the square root of two 1.41421356... multiplied by 1000.

 A concept without the comprehension of which one is going to find ones self going around in circles attempting to find the beginning of the next phrase while never having calculated the value of the last and that is not where anyone interested in the field of 'Cognitive Science' ever wants to find ones self is it.

Sadly in these days of the internet that big old net that captures ones attention with regular regularity, the production of word filled composites of now is growing at a geometrically compounding rate while the knowledge of the logos of the universe being presented is appearing the way the sun appears when the truth of the matter is that the earth on which we live is the thing in constant circular motion relatively relatively speaking. 

To sum it up in a thought, fewer words, less hand waving more αριθμοι and without question a little gωometry is the path to greater cognition of the cognitive science that has obviously been lost in translation from the days these ideas were written in stone as a 

regular practice by the ones who obviously taught the Greeks everything they knew about anything.
